Message: I have been fortunate enough to have been under Dr Sheila’s care for 20 years. It all started with severe neck and shoulder pain. She treated my injury and my pain was relieved. But the most important treatment she has provided is promoting a healthy lifestyle. It’s about prevention and listening to my body. Dr Sheila taught me that in a gentle but informative way. She helped me uncover an autoimmune disease and guided me through a lifestyle change that includes my mind, body and spirit. Dr Sheila does not ever make me feel bad about my path on the journey. She meets me where I’m at rather than lecture me or tell me what I’m doing wrong. I now go for massages and adjustments on a regular basis to help manage my autoimmune disease and stress levels. If she sees something out of the ordinary, she sends me for the appropriate tests and sometimes refers me to a specialist. She has also treated both of my children. She discovered a leg length discrepancy in my son that one of “Chicago’s Top Doctor’s” missed. He was young and it could have had life long effects on his organs and posture that she prevented. I will forever be grateful for Dr Sheila and would be lost without her. Thank you for your honesty, wisdom, expertise and compassion.

Message: I generally do not write reviews but I felt it was very important to do so at this time. Let me first say that until I found Dr. Sheila I was walking around in horrible pain. Drugs were not the answer because they can only do so much. Dr. Sheila of Body & Soul Healthcare was recommended to me. However, I debated about it because I felt that I had seen enough doctors/chiropractors for my chronic neck and back pain. I thought again and decided that I would try Body & Soul Healthcare.. What a blessing my going to her has been for me. She is someone who will sit down and listen to you and your concerns are her concerns. A plan is then set for each individuals needs. There is never a rush once you arrive, everyone takes their time in assisting you and treating you like your the only patient there. I also really like being able to receive all services under one roof. There's no need to go to other offices because if you need acupuncture, adjustments, ultrasound or massage therapy or one of the many other chiropractic services it is all done there.. I find the office to be very comfortable and a restful environment. The staff at Body & Soul Healthcare is not only extremely friendly but very concerned for you and always asking if there is anything more you need. I can honestly say I have never gotten that from other doctors offices. The massage therapists and I have used almost all of them are far above any I have used in the past at area Spas. The massage therapists consult with Dr. Sheila on what type of massage therapy would be appropriate for you and your pain, then they let you know what you can expect.. I am only one individual but because of my success with Body & Soul Healthcare and Dr. Sheila I have referred several people. They too have been very happy with their results.. I do believe that people need to accept responsibility for their appointments. Date books, calendars and phones offer reminders you just have to write it down or enter it.

Before visiting, I was reluctant to seek help from a chiropractor, but after many failed medical visits to my primary care doctor to help with back and neck pain, I resorted to Body & Soul Health Care at the recommendation of a friend. Within one visit, Dr. Robinson had me feeling immediately better without the use of drugs. Subsequent visits proved to relieve my ailments entirely. I have also had successful acupuncture visits with Dr. Geritano, which I highly recommend. Moreover, Body & Soul Health Care were able to offer me alternative fertility treatments and advice. I now have a beautiful 9-week old son! I have been to other chiropractic offices, but no others compare. I really believe in the services and practice of this establishment so much that I travel over 20 miles to receive treatment. I highly recommend Body & Soul Health Care for those individuals seeking chiropractic care, especially those skeptics out there. You won't be disappointed.. I wasn't!

I truly appreciate the kind staff, individual treatment designed for my specific needs, the atomsphere, the combination of massage, adjustment, and occasional electrical stimulation is awesome.
